The awards we have received and the successes we have achieved in international organizations are proof of this.
Last year, the Ant Yapı team celebrated our 30th anniversary. 2022 has been a year in which we grew and developed in corporate terms, and for working like ants we were rewarded with awards. As you know, the basis of our foundation story 30 years ago lies in our company’s work abroad. Today, we are a company that has completed approximately 10 million square meters of works in four different countries. As Ant Yapı, we are going forward step by step in the sector by working meticulously like an ant, in accordance with the meaning of our name in English.
Ant Yapı maintained its position at the top in the “World’s Top 250 International Contractors List” in 2022.

Let’s talk about some of the successes we have achieved as a result of our work. As Ant Yapı, we rank 8th in the list of ‘Largest Turkish Companies Established Abroad/Global 50 Turkish Companies’ prepared by Capital Magazine for the 15th time this year.
Another recognition of our achievements came from ENR (Engineering News-Record) magazine. ENR, a weekly American magazine that provides news, analysis, data, and opinions for the worldwide construction industry, prepares a list every year based on the revenues of companies from projects they realize abroad. As Ant Yapı, we maintained our position at the top in the “World’s Top 250 International Contractors List” in 2022. In this list, which has been prepared for the last 10 years, we are proud to be the 62nd company in the world and the 5th company in Türkiye this year.
As Ant Yapı, we were also honored with the ‘Overseas Contracting Services Achievement Award’ by the Turkish Contractors Association. The ‘Overseas Contracting Services Awards Ceremony‘, for 2020 and 2021 was held on 24 August 2022 at the Sheraton Hotel hosted by the Turkish Contractors Association (TMB) with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The ceremony was organized with the aim of rewarding the companies that are included in the “World’s Top 250 International Contractors List” by the international construction industry magazine ENR, based on the turnover of the companies from the projects they realize abroad every year.

We are one of the leading construction companies in the international arena and we have reached an annual turnover abroad exceeding a total amount of 1 billion dollars, including ongoing projects in Russia, England, and America. Our investments in Russia are at the forefront of our projects that enable Ant Yapı to take its place among the world’s leading companies. Ant Yapı has proven itself in 100 projects with a value exceeding seven billion dollars, including OKO Towers, the tallest building in Europe, Sochi Olympic Village and Domodedovo Airport Terminal 2 building. We also have more than 30 projects in Türkiye.

Each of these are projects Ant Yapı is proud of in Russia. Poklonnaya 9 is Ant Yapı’s most recent luxury housing project, which has already been honored with the International Excellence Award.
The newest of our unique projects in Russia is Poklonnaya 9, a four-story underground parking lot and a 32-story first-class residential area that rises above a five-star hotel. With its high design and comfort standards, Poklonnaya 9 is ahead of its competitors in the city.
WHAT IS THE ‘INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARD’?
Housing and commercial real estate professionals can participate in the ‘International Property Awards‘, which honor the highest level of success of companies operating in the real estate sector and are accepted as a symbol of excellence worldwide. This international award covers the regions of Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, UK and USA. Candidates applying at the national level are evaluated by a highly experienced team of professionals who are knowledgeable in the full spectrum of real estate disciplines. Following the assessment, the winning companies are invited to a grand awards ceremony for each region and are entitled to use the prestigious logo of the International Property Awards in their marketing activities. The award winners with the highest ratings in each region are finally eligible to participate in the overall International Awards, where the best real estate companies in the world are identified.
‘URBAN AWARDS’ AWARD-WINNING SOHO+NOHO
In the recent past, our SOHO+NOHO project in Moscow was honored with the ‘Best Business Class Apartment Complex’ award by Urban Awards, one of the most prestigious evaluations of the international real estate industry. SOHO+ NOHO is an apartment complex with 338 first class apartments, located in the center of Moscow. The apartments were planned according to different needs, from studios of 25 square meters to penthouses of 244 square meters with personal access.
Urban Awards has 21-years of history. The award ceremony is held to identify achievements in residential urban real estate in Russia, to promote contemporary standards and best practices in the fields of zoning, construction, architecture, marketing, and property management, and to improve the quality of infrastructure and urban environment.
At the Urban Awards, the selection process of candidates and award winners is conducted in an open and transparent manner under the strict control of independent experts. In the professional jury, only the best masters in their fields are considered, among developers, architects, real estate agents, consultants.
WE BECAME OUR BIGGEST COMPETITOR
In 2021, we exceeded 10 million square meters of construction area and reached an endorsement of 1.1 billion dollars with our ongoing projects. In 30 years, we have completed more than 200 projects. We will continue to work with the aim of at least 10 percent growth in the markets in which we operate.
FROM ‘NEW NORMAL‘ TO ’SOCIAL MEDIA 2020’ BRONZE AWARD
In the last two years, adapting quickly to innovations has become much more important. 2020 was a year in which perspectives changed and different business models emerged in the business world as well as in our sector. With the pandemic all over the world, 2021 came as a year of ‘change and transformation’ with great hopes. We realized that differentiation stands out in this period, which we called the ‘new normal’, and that this was our biggest advantage. In this new period, we have once again understood the value of analyzing and instantly implementing actions.
At the Social Media Awards Türkiye 2020, the most comprehensive social media competition of our country, organized with the cooperation of BoomSonar-Marketing Türkiye and the expertise of Deloitte, we, as Ant Yapı, won the bronze award in the category of construction companies within the scope of SocialBrands Data Analytics Awards.
As Ant Yapı, we have construction sites in various countries and we maintained our contact with our offices in these countries through digital channels during the COVID-19 pandemic. Challenges always exist and will continue to exist. The important thing is to be able to take the right action at the right time. In 2022, we will continue to climb the steps among the most important construction companies of Türkiye and the world, by realizing projects that serve people and add value.
