We have launched the renovation of the famous club The Core Club: NYC, located at 711 Fifth Avenue, one of the historic buildings in New York City. With this project, the number of our projects in the USA has increased to six. The club, which is open for use by its members only, is located on three floors of the building.

Following our projects including 30-77 Vernon Blvd, UNA Residences, 830 Brickell, Missoni Baia, and The Crown Building, we have started another project in the USA: The Core Club: NYC. With the renovation work of The Core Club, which is spread over three floors of 711 Fifth Avenue, one of the historic buildings in New York City, our number of projects in the USA has increased to six. We aim to complete the project, located on the 15-18th floors of the building, in March 2023.
Open to members only, The Core Club represents a vibrant community of inspiring smart individuals from around the world. The club is the meeting point of individuals defined by their tastes and talents, expertise and experience, ambitions and achievements. Offering splendid meeting areas where members are greeted warmly and cared for with thoughtful and sincere service, The Core Club surrounds its members with art and design in all its branches. In addition to the unique culinary experiences, it offers to its guests unique services such as stress-relieving body care and spaces serving many tastes are created and available. The project, which we have implemented with an investment of 40 million dollars, includes areas such as a restaurant, meeting rooms, suites, gym and spa.
711 Fifth Avenue, one of the 20 boutique office buildings located on the famous Fifth Avenue was designed by Bethlehem Engineering Corporation in 1927. Located in the world’s most exclusive plaza area, the 340,000 square meter building was awarded the design award by the Fifth Avenue Association for its elegance and beauty. 711 Fifth Avenue, which has the headquarters of important companies such as NBC, Columbia Pictures and Coca-Cola, also hosts retailers and restaurants such as La Côte Basque, the famous Le Pavillon and Ralph Lauren with its 56,000 square meters of retail and restaurant space. The building is also home to Ralph Lauren’s famous restaurant, the Polo Bar, and the recently announced CORE: NYC.
