UNA Residences project consisting of 135 luxury apartments in Miami will become one of the symbolic buildings in the city with its eye-catching design inspired by a classic yacht. The project, due to be completed in 2023, also stands out as the only building in South Miami near the ocean, with three levels of underground parking.
We entered the US market in 2016, and we currently have a total of five projects in New York and Miami. One of them, UNA Residences, our residential project in Miami, which we started to work on in 2020, takes its inspiration from classic yachts and its location by the bay. Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG) is the company leading the project designed as a ship over a gross area of 38 thousand square meters. The Chicago-based architecture company is particularly known for developing energy efficient and sustainable buildings. With its visionary design, inviting gardens and unrivaled views of Biscayne Bay, Una Residence sets the standard for life in the Miami Brickell Waterfront area. The building with floor-to-ceiling glass cladding has spacious terraces, three swimming pools, and special boat slides. With 135 Miami waterfront condominium residences spanning 47 floors, Una is an iconic tower. It stands out as the only building in South Miami with three levels of underground parking near the ocean. Una Residence, the construction of which we started in 2020, at a cost of 12.6 million dollars, will be completed in the second quarter of 2023.
