FUN ACTIVITIES CONTINUE AT FULL SPEED AT ANTWELL: THE KIDS LEARNED TO MAKE SUSHI

We welcomed the New Year with a fun activity when on January 8, the children learned how to make sushi at the Antwell culinary workshop. The children, who had fun in the kitchen, also enjoyed spending time in the playground at the end of the workshop.

In our Antwell culinary workshop, the children learned to prepare sushi, the traditional flavor of Japanese cuisine. At the workshop Chef Burak Yüksel explained all the particulars of sushi, one of the world’s most popular foods. In the Sushi 101 course, young participants learned about the hygiene rules to be considered while making sushi, the characteristics of the sushi leaf nori, how to cook sushi rice and the technique of wrapping a sushi roll.

In this fun workshop, the children both tasted and shared the sushi they made. We had the pleasure of making memories with the children, who all used their imaginations while making sushi.

All the participants Can Özdemir, Melis Seren, Melis Yılmaz, Mert Bilgisu, Murathan Yılmaz, Ömer Karaderi, Su ErdoÄŸan and Zeynep Yılmaz received a beautiful memory the “Antwell Sushi Course Participation Certificate” from Chef Burak Yüksel. The children enjoyed themselves in the playground at the end of the workshop, despite the chilly weather.
